StayFit is published by Taoufik Jabbari. Downloading or using the app means accepting these terms.

1. Licence

StayFit is licensed, not sold, to you. On iOS the licence is Apple’s Standard End User Licence Agreement (EULA), which governs your use of the app. On Android the equivalent terms are the Google Play Terms of Service. Nothing on this page replaces either; it states the commercial terms in plain words alongside them.

2. What StayFit is, and is not

StayFit is a calorie and training tracker. It is not a medical device and it does not give medical advice. Calorie budgets, macro targets and load suggestions are estimates derived from formulas and from what you enter. Talk to a doctor or a qualified professional before changing your diet or training, particularly if you are pregnant, have an eating disorder, or have a medical condition.

3. Premium subscription

• Price: €4.99 per month, or €29.99 per year. Prices in other regions are set by the store and shown before you buy.
• Free trial: 7 days. If you cancel before it ends you are not charged.
• Renewal: the subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• Billing: your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the current period.
• Managing it: manage or cancel in your Apple Account → Subscriptions, or Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. We cannot cancel it for you.
• Unused trial time is forfeited when you buy a subscription.

The programme library also sells individual programmes as one-time purchases. Those are not subscriptions: you buy once and keep them.

4. Your account and your content

You are responsible for what you enter and for keeping access to your sign-in method. You keep ownership of your data; you grant us only what is needed to run the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You may delete your account and its data at any time from Profile → Settings → Delete account.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use StayFit to harass other users through the social features, to upload content you have no right to, or to attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend an account that does.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep StayFit running but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may be added, changed or removed. If a change materially reduces what a paid subscription provides, it is announced in the app.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, StayFit is provided “as is” and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer in the EU/EEA and the UK.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
